All nuhü products are made with quality materials that don't harm the earth.
At nuhü division, we use two types of cotton: our organic cotton is Organic Content Standard (OCS) certified, meaning our suppliers uphold a strict set of production standards that keep the whole ecosystem in mind and our recycled cotton that comes from pre-consumption scraps which are the remains from production, as well as post-consumption.
The dyes we use are Oeko-Tex® certified, meaning they are non-toxic and free from harmful chemicals. Oeko-Tex® is an organization that verifies the human-ecological safety of textile and leather products in all stages of production.
If a garment carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this garment, i.e. every thread, button and other accessory, has been tested for harmful substances and that it will be harmless to your health. The test is also conducted by our independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of our extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalog.
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly. Once your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may occasionally take longer than 3-5 days to ship.
Please ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:
Damaged or Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
Quality: Within 30 days of when the package was marked delivered
International shipping postage simply covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel. nuhü division does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country's customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
Reserved Rights Regarding Orders/Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
RETURNED TO SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, STORE CREDIT
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery. All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Returns are completed with a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. We will waive the return label fee, complimentary on us.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available at the time of return processing, a credit will be issued.
If you are returning an item that has been previously exchanged, there are no refunds on any exchange returns - you will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
Return Processing Time Frame: 5-7 business days once the return package is received.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We can process a return for our international customers, however, our return labels are available for use by U.S. Domestic customers only so a return shipping label is not provided. After we receive your product, we'll process your return within 5-7 business days, and any exchanges will be shipped back to you during that week. We ship out free exchange orders, however, we are not responsible for additional charges associated with your countries' customs taxes/duties, nor can we predict what these charges may be.
If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you've ordered, please email customer service within 7 days of delivery by contacting them.
All returns are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit(Refund) can be processed so please ensure the following:
- Items must be unwashed, in new condition and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.
- Sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Please Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay it flat to dry because it's gentler on the garment and it'll extend its lifespan and save energy too. We'd rather you not throw it in the dryer. Don't use any bleach. If you want to use an iron, use it at a warm setting. But please don't dry clean.
Please note that there can be slight variations in the coloration of our products between different fabric compositions. If you would like to purchase a complete set in the same colorway, we recommend buying from the same fabric collection to avoid any color discrepancy in your set.
