HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items are eligible for a free return within the U.S. except :
- Items that are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
- Items purchased on final sale
- Items that indicate that there is a return shipping fee
Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached to be eligible for return.
The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance for all items shipped outside the U.S. Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment to qualify for free return shipping.
- Any returns received after 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment will be accepted by us but no refund will be issued.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
Returns at nuhü division are always FREE within the U.S. unless the item indicates that there is a return shipping fee or is a Final Sale item, in which case the item is not eligible for return. The buyer is still responsible for the initial shipping cost of their purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance for items shipped outside the U.S. Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your order refund. Please allow 30 days to process international returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable for all domestic and international orders.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If the return or exchange has been made within the 14 day time period, you will receive a refund one the method of payment used at purchase. If the return or exchange has been made outside of the 14 day time period, you will receive store credit.
